Yes — the admin screens work in a mobile browser. Anyone with admin access to your WordPress can enter the day's expenses from the site itself.
Exactly what should: the day's wage is still recorded as a project cost (the work was done), and a linked recovery reduces the worker's outstanding advance. You can adjust the full wage or just part of it and pay the rest in cash.
